As a key member of our staff, you will play a vital role in leading our football pathway programmes across Sussex, working closely with coaches, and evaluating programme impact.

Responsibilities and Expectations:

* Work closely with coaches and other stakeholders to ensure programme success
* Maintain accurate records and reports on programme progress
* Identify areas for improvement and develop solutions to address them
Requirements:
* Degree in a relevant field (e.g., sports science, education, or youth development)
* Experience in football development or a related field
* Strong understanding of youth football development principles and practices
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Able to work independently and as part of a team
