Job Description HR Co-Ordinator
Devonport (hybrid 3 days in site)
12 Months Contract
£This role will be to ensure the People Centre continually strive to work and deliver to the high-quality standards and timescales agreed with the business.
With a collaborative approach to working with the wider PeopleCentre Team and that of our internal and external stakeholders, you will be expected to demonstrate strong HR administrative skills whilst owning and delivering a professional and efficient service and above all, placing the customer at the heart of what we do and ensuring our stakeholders have an excellent recruitment experience.
Ensure HR Data is recorded accurately on HR systems and are aligned to payroll deadlines.
Meticulous attention to detail required for updating the HR system Success Factors.
Have a good understanding of current HR policies, GDPR and Employment Law.
Standard Grades including English and Mathematics
CIPD Level 3 (desired but not essential)
