The Best Connection are currently recruiting on behalf of our client, a leading farming company in Carmarthen, for an admin (preferably welsh speaking).
Are you a detail-oriented and organised individual with a passion for administrative work? Do you speak Welsh fluently and want to use your language skills in a professional environment? If so, we want to hear from you!
Key Responsibilities:
* Providing general administrative support to the team.
* Managing phone calls, emails, and other communications in Welsh and English.
* Filing, data entry, and maintaining office systems.
* Handling enquiries and directing them to the appropriate departments.
* Assisting with scheduling and preparing documentation.
The Ideal Candidate:
* Preferably fluent in Welsh.
* Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
* Excellent communication skills, both in Welsh and English.
* Proficient in using Microsoft Office and basic office equipment.
* Previous administrative experience.
£11.80 per hour.
Monday to Friday working hours (9 AM to 5 PM) – no weekends!
