Southern Lights are searching for a talented IT Support Analyst to join a talented multi-disciplined R&D team who create high-performance products that are revolutionising our planet.

The IT Support Analyst will report to the IT Manager and will be a key player in bringing their mission to life. In this role, your primary objective will be to provide systems & hardware support to internal users. You will need demonstrated experience administering Windows-based hardware and the Microsoft 365 suite along with great communication, a problem-solving mindset, and a customer-first attitude.

1. Supporting Windows & MAC based PC
2. Microsoft 365 administration
3. Azure
4. Active Directory
5. Remote support
