* Handling sales and product enquiries from customers, via phone and database
* Promoting products and securing new customers
* Providing tailored solutions
* Achieving sales targets and contributing to business growth
* Previous customer experience (office or retail ideally)
* Strong IT skills and ability to learn Salesforce processes
