Job Description
Here at Energym, we're on a mission to revolutionise the fitness industry through our groundbreaking clean-tech products and we're on the lookout for a talented Installation & Customer Service Lead to lead the charge on delivering powerful customer experiences and ensuring seamless installations of our clean-tech solutions.
What you'll be doing day-to-day
* General Administration: Managing daily administrative tasks including filing,managing emails, and preparing reports.
* Scheduling and Coordination: Organisinge appointments, meetings, and company events, and managing staff calendars.
* Procurement & Bookkeeping : Preparing and issuing purchase orders to suppliers, and ensuring that the orders are fulfilled as agreed, as well as supporting with financial administration
* HR Assistance : Support HR tasks such as maintaining employee records, assisting in the recruitment process, and coordinating onboarding for new hires.
* Communication: Act as the first point of contact for internal and external queries, managing phone calls and correspondence.
* Data Entry and Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records and databases with attention to confidentiality.
* Support to Departments: Assist various departments with ad hoc tasks and special projects as needed.
Qualifications
* Proven experience in an administrative role; experience with office management and HR tasks preferred
* Excellent organisational, time-management, and multitasking abilities.
* Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
* Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with office management software.
* A proactive approach and the ability to work independently and collaboratively.
