Position: Marketing and Business Development Coordinator

Location: Hybrid role based in any of our six offices: Lancashire, Merseyside, or Cumbria.
Employment Type: Full-time, permanent, 35 hours per week, Monday – Friday.

Napthens is a leading provider of legal services in the Northwest, with a compelling reputation in corporate, commercial, and private client services.
The Marketing and Business Development team is evolving, and we are looking for a new team member to join us.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Manage and coordinate the bid process, ensuring all proposals are engaging, compelling, accurate, and submitted on time.
2. Collaborate with internal stakeholders to gather and validate information required for bids and proposals.
3. Develop and maintain a library of standard bid content, templates, and best practices.
4. Edit and proofread documents to ensure clarity, accuracy, and compliance with client requirements and brand guidelines.
5. Support the content manager in providing on-brand, relevant content for internal and external communications as needed.
Qualifications:
1. Bachelor's degree or similar qualification in a relevant area.
2. Experience in the legal sector is not essential but helpful; experience within professional services or a similar industry is beneficial.
3. A marketing mindset is crucial for this role.
You should be highly organized, possess excellent project management skills, have strong communication abilities, and a keen eye for detail.
Work Environment: This is a hybrid role, requiring time spent in the office and collaboration with colleagues across our locations in Merseyside (Liverpool and Southport) and Lancashire (Preston, Lytham, Blackburn). Meetings with the wider team will occur approximately once a week. Both offices are centrally located within walking distance of train and bus stations.
