Customer Services Manager - Harlow, Essex £28k - 35k full Gold membership Pension Do you have what it takes to lead a vibrant Customer Services team? Harlow Leisurezone, a large state-of-the-art Community wet and dry leisure centre, are looking to recruit an experienced and pro-active Customer Services Manager. The post holder will undertake a wide range of tasks and duties relating to front and back of house responsibilities as well as manage our reception and its team of Customer Service Advisors. The main area of responsibility will be to ensure that our centre users receive a high standard of customer service and as manager, take responsibility for providing an efficient and effective operation. To be our ideal candidate you will have previous relevant experience of working with customers on the front line, and have exceptional communication and leadership skills with the ability to organise individuals and teams. The position is rota based and involves some hours of working on the front desk and working a range of our opening hours includes some evenings and weekends on occasions.
