You'll be responsible for installing, maintaining, and optimising hardware and software products, all while delivering exceptional customer service. Key duties include conducting offsite repairs, system installations, and post-service reporting, as well as assisting in sales demos and equipment trials. You'll also perform factory acceptance testing, risk assessments, and continuous improvement initiatives, ensuring system reliability and customer satisfaction. What We Need From You: Proven experience maintaining complex systems in military environments (naval, army, or air force). Strong electronics expertise, including microcontrollers, servo tuning, and a fundamental understanding of radar, optics, and communication systems. Solid knowledge of mechanical and electro-mechanical systems, with experience in assembly, maintenance, and troubleshooting. Comprehensive understanding of electrical, mechanical, and PC architectures, plus software skills for problem diagnosis, installation, and updates. Excellent communication and relationship-building skills, with the ability to represent the company professionally in complex customer interactions.Security Clearance: Due to the nature of this role, British citizenship or dual nationality with British citizenship is required.
