Type & Location This is a full-time role based at our studio in Radcliffe-On-Trent, Notts and will typically require 3 days on-site per week minimum. Salary £35-50k dependent on experience. Role Responsibilities Working closely with the Creative Director, developing briefs and crafting ideas. Leading the concept, design and visual direction of brand and campaign projects. Hands-on: Creating leading-edge design work, ad campaigns, social media content, presentations, and more. Mentor, support and collaborate with the whole design team along with other senior creatives. Collaborating with the wider TMG teams to raise the quality of work across the board. Suggesting and demonstrating best practice and ways of working. Keeping up-to-date with and responding to current design culture, trends, benchmarks, industry development and tools, and bring new and innovative ideas to the table. Using your experience and ideas to contribute to the development of our creative process. Presenting work internally and externally. Managing multiple projects to hit deadlines and targets.
