Key Responsibilities:
- To administer the recruitment process, including responding to e-mail, telephone, and written enquiries from internal and external customers, carrying out pre-employment checks i.e. references, occupational health questionnaires, and maintaining the DBS process and ATS recruitment system.
- Maintain a good relationship and be a first-point of contact to applicants, offering a seamless service and onboarding.
- Liaising with HR Advisors and departmental managers on queries, delays, and recruitment support.
- To assist in all aspects of developing and optimising the recruitment processes, including maximising the use of ATs system and ensuring the quality of the process.
Requirements:
- NVQ 2 Level 2 qualification in Human Resources, Business Administration, or Customer Services.
- Experience of HR and/or recruitment administration, processes, and procedures gained in a similar organisation.
- Excellent customer service skills and a strong customer focus in your approach to process and issue resolution.
- Proficient and comfortable using computerised personnel systems and Microsoft Office.
- Good attention to detail and the ability to produce accurate, error free work.
