Role Overview: As part of the sales and marketing team, you will be responsible for generating work-winning opportunities through ongoing profile raising and multi-channel campaigns, aligned to designated business sectors and/or services nationwide. This role will be aligned to specific sectors and services, but these may change in line with business needs and market opportunities.
Key Responsibilities:
* Identify prospective clients or growth areas in conjunction with sector and/or service leads.
* Set up meetings to further new business opportunities with prospects as appropriate.
* Design, develop, and manage lead-generating campaigns and strategies.
* Work with other service/sector marketing managers to identify opportunities for wider cross-selling and sales and marketing solutions.
* Write and deliver solution-focused messages based on sector/service strengths and success stories.
* Manage social media requirements, including website and social media posts.
* Organise trade events, conferences, and networking opportunities.
* Support the bid team during bid submissions.
* Develop collateral within brand guideline templates.
* Maintain the quality and relevance of data within the CRM system.
Person Specification:
* Experience in a marketing role within the construction, property, or engineering consultancy environment.
* Exceptional writing and editing skills with the ability to present key messages concisely.
* High level of attention to detail with initiative, commitment, and flexibility.
* Proficiency in PowerPoint, Photoshop, and InDesign (Adobe InDesign skills would be an advantage).
* Experience using a CRM system.
