Were looking for a Health & Safety Manager to champion world-class safety practices across our logistics hubs and aggregate recycling facilities across the M25 region. Your normal working location will be at our Morden Wharf site inGreenwich, with regional responsibilities to our plants within the M25.This is a fantastic opportunity to make a real impactempowering operational teams, driving a culture of safety, and ensuring compliance with the highest standards. With the support of our experienced Group Health & Safety team, youll have access to best practices and expert guidance while leading the charge on-site. This role offers a mix of on-site and strategic working, giving you the flexibility to stay connected with our teams on the ground while also shaping strategy. Youll partner with our operational teams to embed a strong safety culture, ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations. Youll identify potential health and safety risks at our sites and implement proactive measures to mitigate them. Youll develop and deliver clear, effective safety procedures that align with both company and legal requirements. Youll lead on incident investigations, reporting findings, and driving improvements to prevent future risks. Youll produce and present key safety reports and statistics to the senior leadership team and Group H&S team. Who You Are Youre an experienced health & safety professional with a strong background in industrial environments. Youre proactive and take pride in empowering teams, making safety an everyday priority. Youre a natural leader and communicator, able to engage with supervisors and frontline teams to drive meaningful change. Youll be certified in Health & Safety to a minimum of IOSH, however ideally with a NEBOSH certificate. Benefits ??
