Papier Sprick is now expanding its UK sales team. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a well-established company that combines a rich heritage with a strong focus on future growth.
The Role:
* Managing and growing key relationships with distributors and direct customers across your region.
* Promoting Papier Sprick’s innovative packaging systems, including their sustainable paper products and custom-built machinery.
* Demonstrating the technical benefits of Papier Sprick’s solutions and guiding customers through the adoption of their machinery.
* Driving business development to expand the customer base, both with distributors and direct clients.
* Collaborating with the UK team and the headquarters in Germany to ensure seamless service and customer satisfaction.
* Representing Papier Sprick at industry events and customer meetings, with occasional travel to Germany for training and strategic discussions.
The Ideal Candidate:
* A strong hunter with a proven track record in B2B sales, preferably within packaging, engineering, or related technical sectors.
* Self-sufficient and motivated to work independently, capable of developing and managing your own portfolio of clients.
* Technically adept, ideally with experience in packaging machinery or similar industrial systems.
* Comfortable working in a fast-growing, entrepreneurial environment, contributing to organisational growth.
* Prepared to travel frequently across your territory, with occasional trips to Germany for training and meetings.
Key Requirements:
* Sales experience in packaging or a related technical field.
* Strong communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical customers.
* A self-starter who thrives in a flexible, non-hierarchical environment.
* Willingness to travel regularly within the UK and occasionally to Germany.
* Conveniently based to cover the North of the UK territory i.e. M62, M6 or M1 corridor.
