Job Title: Supply Teacher Location: North West England, Greater Manchester, Altrincham Job Type: Contract, Full-Time hours Primary Industry: Education and Training Salary: £130 - £140 Per day Job Duties: Deliver engaging and informative lessons to students in the absence of the regular classroom teacher Follow lesson plans provided by the school and ensure learning objectives are met Manage classroom behaviour and ensure a positive learning environment Assess student progress and provide feedback to regular teachers Participate in staff meetings and professional development activities as required Required Qualifications: Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) Experience working in a classroom setting Good knowledge of the national curriculum Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to adapt to different teaching environments Education: Bachelor's degree in Education or relevant field Experience: Prior experience as a teacher or teaching assistant Knowledge and Skills: Strong classroom management skills Ability to engage and motivate students Understanding of different learning styles and ability levels IT proficiency for lesson planning and delivery Preferred Qualifications: Additional certifications in specific subject areas Experience working with special educational needs (SEN) students Working Conditions: The role of a Supply Teacher may involve working in different schools and classrooms on a daily basis.
