Trusted for customer service excellence, you’ll support the team managing a shared portfolio, dealing with the full rental process from inventory, check-ins, and check-outs.
Your responsibilities will include dealing with property administration, handling problems during the tenancy, and managing repairs. You’ll also conduct quarterly inspections and liaise with landlords and tenants on required actions.
As a people person and Property Manager, you will build strong relationships with landlords, report on maintenance, ensure compliance, recommend upgrades, manage accounts, and organize work.
With a portfolio in and around Cambridge, you’ll need local knowledge of the area.
We are looking for someone who has a passion for customer service and property management, with prior experience in a similar Property Manager role for at least 18 months to be considered.
