We have a great opportunity for a Property Services Support Officer to join our team. As a key Case Management team member, you'll be part of a busy team undertaking various tasks.
You'll work with the Head of Residential Engagement and other teams to deliver, monitor and report on specific processes such as escalated repairs enquiries, aids and adaptations and other case management related matters. You'll also work with the wider property services teams and will look to build a consistent culture across all parts of the group.
This position is being offered on a permanent full-time basis. You can be based at any Clarion office and have the flexibility to work between the office and home in line with business needs.
Some of your key responsibilities will include: -
Complete specific system processes such as complaints, escalating and providing feedback to managers and team leaders where required.
Deliver the processes for minor and major adaptations by managing all queries and regularly communicating with other relevant teams and external partners to achieve positive outcomes.
Lead regular meetings with Local Authorities to discuss complex cases and manage the Local Authority funding agreements.
Generate payments and reclaims for Aids and Adaptations works and sets up new suppliers to ensure Clarion adhere to financial regulations.
The successful candidate will have significant administrative experience, preferably experience within a Housing Association or Property Services environment. Confident and resilient, you'll ideally have a sound understanding of the social housing environment, but the focus will be on the right person with a combination of the right attitude and skills.
