You will be assisting with driving best practice across the team, helping to architect our solutions and providing ongoing support to the team throughout projects. Working within the team to ensure the consistency of high quality and maintainable code on all projects Participating in a highly collaborative environment, regularly employing techniques such as pair programming and code reviews Integral in ensuring the team are achieving the delivery commitments, with a focus on clean code principles and quality outputs Reviewing internal processes and providing leadership on identified areas of improvement to ensure best practices are achieved across all projects Essential Skills & Experience Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or related field would be an advantage In-depth knowledge of software architecture principles, design patterns, and best practices.
