Experienced Health & Safety Administrator required- Immediate Start Nottingham | Full-Time | 3-4-month FTC (Potential to Extend) | £13.33 - £13.85 per hour Are you highly organised with an eye for detail? Our client, a reputable organisation based in Nottingham, is looking for a confident and capable Health & Safety Administrator to join their team on a temporary basis. This role is expected to last 3-4 months to provide cover, but for the right person, there's potential for an extension. It's a great opportunity to step into a busy and varied role where your admin skills will directly support the health and safety of the wider team. What you'll be doing: Keeping all health and safety records and documentation organised and up to date Supporting with risk assessments, training logs, and internal audit prep Assisting with incident reporting and ensuring forms are accurately completed and filed Managing inboxes, updating spreadsheets, and chasing outstanding actions Coordinating H&S training reminders and compliance checks across departments Providing general admin support to the Health & Safety function as needed What we're looking for: Previous admin experience - H&S or compliance background is a real bonus A methodical approach and excellent attention to detail Strong communication skills - you'll be liaising across teams Comfortable using Microsoft Office, especially Excel Someone who can jump in and pick things up quickly Details: Full-time hours (37.5 per week) Office-based in Nottingham Hourly pay: £13.33 - £13.85, depending on experience Friendly team and supportive environment Immediate start Available immediately and ready to make an impact?
