What you’ll be doing As part of your role, your responsibilities will include: Marketing Support Assist the marketing team in designing engaging banners, advertisements, and other promotional materials that align with brand guidelines and marketing strategies. Collaborate with marketing teams to ensure all digital assets (such as landing pages, email campaigns, and social media content) are user-friendly, visually appealing, and optimized across devices. Design user interfaces for marketing-related content, ensuring that promotional materials contribute to a cohesive user experience. Support the marketing team in creating materials that capture the audience's attention and drive engagement, while ensuring brand consistency across all channels. Product Design and Online Casino Platform Assist in the redesign of the online casino platform, focusing on creating a seamless, engaging, and intuitive user experience across all stages of the user journey. Collaborate with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to define design requirements, ensuring that the platform meets both user needs and business objectives. Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs for the online casino platform, ensuring designs are scalable, adaptable, and functional across a variety of devices and platforms. Contribute to the development of consistent UI patterns and styles for the product, ensuring an integrated design experience across the entire platform. Work with cross-functional teams to ensure designs align with product goals, keeping the platform intuitive, user-friendly, and competitive in the online gaming industry. Exploration of New Opportunities Proactively explore new design trends, technologies, and tools to keep the user experience fresh, innovative, and competitive in the online casino industry. Identify new opportunities for improving the user journey, enhancing engagement, and streamlining processes across the platform. BI Research & Data-Driven Design Collaborate with data analysts and product teams to analyse user behaviour and incorporate findings into the design process. Conduct usability testing, A/B testing, and gather user feedback to refine designs and ensure they deliver a seamless, optimized user experience. Collaboration & Communication Communicate design concepts, rationale, and user flows effectively to internal teams, ensuring alignment with product goals. Work closely with developers to ensure the design vision is accurately translated into functional products. Work closely with marketing teams to ensure all requirements are met Foster a collaborative environment with internal teams, sharing knowledge and insights to improve the overall product development process. Essential skills you’ll bring to the table At least 1 year of experience as a UX Designer, ideally within a faced paced industry. Strong proficiency in Figma Experience with business intelligence (BI) research and leveraging data to drive design decisions. Excellent understanding of user-centered design principles, usability testing, and user research methods. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to explore innovative solutions to enhance user experience. Ability to translate complex concepts into intuitive and visually appealing designs. Solid understanding of responsive design and how to adapt designs across different platforms (web, mobile, etc.). Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively across multidisciplinary teams.
