Booth Welsh client based in Ayrshire looking for Senior Commercial Manager Manage all commercial aspects of subcontractor agreements, ensuring compliance with contracts and project requirements. Monitor project costs, valuations, and variations to ensure financial efficiency. Prepare and manage subcontractor contracts, valuations, claims, and final accounts. Identify and mitigate commercial risks associated with subcontractor performance. Liaise with project managers, consultants, and suppliers to maintain smooth project operations. Provide regular cost and performance reports to senior management. Must Haves: 5 years in quantity surveying, preferably in a client-side role. Strong understanding of construction contracts, preferably NEC4, and cost management. Excellent negotiation, analytical, and communication skills. Degree in Quantity Surveying or related field; RICS accreditation (preferred). Ability to drive cost efficiencies and value for money
