Neuman Aqua is a design-build company specialising in the delivery and maintenance of pools and waterpark projects.
We are looking for a Project Manager/Project Engineer to ensure the efficient running of allocated contracts from design to completion, on time and within budget. Working as part of the contracts team to ensure our customers' and Neuman Aqua Ltd's needs are met; liaising regularly with other company personnel, colleagues, and departments such as sales, design, accounts/purchasing, service and maintenance, and senior company managers.
Role & Responsibilities
1. Manage day-to-day operational aspects of the project(s).
2. Supervision of sub-contractors and suppliers.
3. Communication and co-ordination of labour, subcontractors, and material procurement.
4. Budget monitoring and management.
5. Understanding and monitoring work scope, identifying changes to contract scope and raising change orders/variations as required.
6. Ensure project documents are complete, current, and appropriately stored.
7. Understand basic revenue, forecasting requirements; prepare project budgets; schedule expenditures; analyze variances and initiate corrective actions.
8. Create and deliver project work plans and revise as appropriate to meet changing needs and requirements.
9. Coordinate with the entire project team (site superintendent; subcontractors; consultants; client reps; etc.) to achieve successful on-time, on-budget project delivery.
10. Arrange the raising of payment applications as necessary.
11. Material call off from CAD drawing files.
12. Produce project/site specific risk assessments & method statements.
13. Travel to visit site/client/supplier meetings as required (in the UK and overseas).
14. Provide support to other areas of the business as required.

Pay: £30,000.00-£48,000.00 per year
