Responsibilities
Conduct comprehensive assessments of clients' needs and strengths.
Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on client goals.
Provide counseling and support to individuals and families facing life challenges.
Advocate for clients within community resources and social services systems.
Monitor client progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary.
Facilitate support groups and workshops for community education.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records and documentation.
Requirements
Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.
Current state licensure as a Registered Social Worker.
Minimum of two years of experience in social work or a related field.
Strong understanding of social welfare systems and resources.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in case management and crisis intervention techniques.
Commitment to cultural competence and diversity in practice.
Hours Per Week: 37.00
Start Time: 09:00
End Time: 17:30
Pay Per Hour: £30.49
Location: Monmouthshire, Wales
