HR Business Partner – Digital and Data (12 Month FTC)
Location: Central London 2-3 days onsite | Hybrid
Salary range: £45,000- £55,000 (plus benefits and 15% bonus)
We are partnered with a UK headquartered global entertainment business, who are looking to hire a HR Business Partner to join a newly formed digital hub that has significant funding for its impending digital transformation.
This is a pivotal role within the team, that will report to the Senior HR Business Partner, which will help shape the company culture, employee experience, and digital transformation, ensuring that you are going above and beyond the initiatives set to create a real impact for employees.
You’ll be the voice of the people, being a supportive, team player and go-to-person for handling employee-related issues, making sure every employee feels heard and respected.
The successful HR Business Partner, will need:
• Experience with organisation design and restructuring
• Proven experience in a HR Business Partner role supporting either, digital, tech or data
• Use data to create HR insights
• Previous experience with employee relations
• Take a holistic view and be able to understand more broadly all implications across the business
• To be hands-on, personable, and able to build great relationships
• Be militant in your organisation, and comfortable juggling multiple projects, requests and deadlines simultaneously
