The team works collaboratively with individuals and their families who experience first episode psychosis within a bio psychosocial / spiritual and recovery-based approach. We work in a multidisciplinary team approach and with excellent formal and informal support to help you manage your workload. Caseloads are set at manageable levels and we offer regular clinical and management supervision along with developmental opportunities relating to our specialist approaches e.g. cognitive behavioural therapy, family interventions, physical health, including various in house skills based training to include vocational and psychosocial interventions. Extensive regular travel across the district is a requirement of the role in order to successfully undertake the range of duties specified within the job description.
