As a Fund Services Operations Service Delivery - Analyst in Fund Accounting Operations Service Delivery team, you will work as a Client facing contact supporting the Fund Accounting Teams. On a daily basis, you will be involved in driving client issue resolution and ensuring proper execution on client deliverables. As part of the team, you will be accountable for building and maintaining a network of partners throughout the organization in order to promote client focus and drive overall service quality. Job responsibilities Is a key point of contact for a significant JPM Client or multiple key Clients within Fund Accounting Builds a stable relationship with the client to support key interactions and seamless escalation Is responsible for the timely accurate completion of client reporting Provides timely accurate responses to client queries Ensures the service quality that is delivered to clients is of an excellent standard Co-ordinates and participates in Fund Accounting service reviews with the Client Supports the internal Fund Accounting Teams in local and offshore locations to deliver a quality product through efficient issue resolution and proactive client engagement Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills A strong sense of ownership and responsibility Excellent client facing skills Fund Accounting experience Strong organizational and time management skills Ability to interact efficiently with Clients and effectively manage client expectations Knowledge of key operations controls & workflow Strong written and verbal communication skills Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills Experience working across multiple business areas and functions to deliver results Excellent written and verbal communication and presentation skills
