Role overview:
As a Compliance Administrator, you will play an active role providing a professional level of support, building, and maintaining positive relationships. You will be responsible for a wide range of support tasks to assist with researching, drafting, training, and enforcing compliance policies, procedures, and guidance, including:
* Managing the Compliance team Help Hub inbox and allocate tasks to team members.
* Assisting in the preparation and submission of regulatory filings, reports, and disclosures as required by governing bodies or industry regulators.
* Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records of compliance activities.
* Organising Compliance meetings, agenda points, action points and minutes.
* Administrative duties, including drafting and editing letters and reports, copying documents and assisting with mail merges.
* Database tasks including client and contact setup and data changes.
* Creation and evaluation of reports for passing to senior members of the team.

Previous experience in a similar role (preferred).
