We are advertising this maintenance technician role on behalf of our client ‘City Facilities Management’. City was established in 1985 and has grown to become one of the World’s largest privately held, integrated FM companies.
Job Function:
To undertake the cleaning of refrigerating cabinets and provide basic maintenance whilst operating in compliance with company policy and procedure.
Principal Accountabilities:
1. Delivery of planned cleaning of refrigerating cabinets which will involve emptying the cabinets, cleaning inside (including filters) in readiness for refrigeration engineers doing the maintenance on the cabinets.
2. Liaising with the supervisor to ensure that cleaning tasks are delivered on time and to the agreed specification.
3. Ensuring compliance with relevant health and safety regulations.
4. Representing the company in a professional and competent manner at all times and developing strong working relationships with colleagues and clients.
5. Experience of cleaning/basic maintenance, ideally within a retail environment or industrial cleaning environment.
6. Full UK driving license and flexibility to travel on a daily basis.
7. A friendly and confident attitude.
8. The ability to work independently as well as within a team.
9. Positive approach and commitment to the delivery of outstanding customer service.
10. Physically fit as the role will involve a lot of bending and lifting.
