We are currently seeking to employ several Multi Skilled Operatives for refurbishment and Void contracts in the East Anglia, located at the Brandon, Suffolk Branch

All site workers will be required to undergo an Enhanced DBS check.
A Full UK driving license is essential
Job Type: Full-time, Permanent
Hours: You will work 39 hours each week, Monday to Friday. Rate will be circa £17.50 dependant on skills

CLC Group Ltd is an established Property and Asset Maintenance Company with branches nationwide. We are currently seeking to employ several Multi Skilled Operatives for refurbishment and Void contracts in the East Anglia, located at the Brandon, Suffolk Branch
The successful applicants will be reliable, diplomatic and pro-active with good all-round knowledge and experience in the general building trades.
Applicants must be experienced/qualified in fitting kitchens, bathrooms and wet-rooms and have skills in associated trades such as carpentry domestic plumbing and tiling.
The right candidates will be able to work well both unsupervised and as part of a team will have a valid CSCS card and a full UK driving licence.
