Responsibilities may include the followingand other duties may be assigned:
* Working proactively and in a structured way onMarket Analytics and Market Research around customers competitorsand general market trends
* Translating theresults of market insights into a clear prioritization of salesactivity identifying Accounts Opportunities and Customer needsbuilding a solid Account Plan identifying and advising KeyStakeholders Champions and DecisionMakers
* Promoting assigned product portfoliowith best practices demos and product trainings in hospital andnonhospital markets (remotely using all availabletechnologies)
* Leading the price and contractnegotiations to successfully close customerdeals
* Ensuring repeat purchase orders andbuilding a strong relationship with thecustomers
* Communicating and aligning on aregular basis with field sales force and local Marketingorganization of Surgical Innovations (SI) and other Medical Surgerydivisions
Required Knowledge andExperience:
* Degree orsimilar health care qualification
* Fluency inEnglish and local language
* Remote salesexperience
* Strong negotiation skills andability to close deals with customers
* Strongpresentation/communication skills over thephone
* Ability to travel (max up to 20%) tointernal and customer meetings hybrid role (2 days from office 3days fromhome)
