An Overview of the Registered Manager Role:
Collaborating closely with the Directors to uphold the highest standards of care and individualised support for each young person as per Ofsted Regulations.
As a Registered Manager with a Level 5 qualification (or currently working towards it), your primary responsibility will be to oversee the daily operations and overall management of multiple Supported Accommodation provisions. You will ensure that each home provides a safe, clean, nurturing and supportive environment where young people can flourish and achieve personal growth.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Recruitment and training of leadership and support teams to align with individual needs and objectives.
2. Leadership involvement in care, support, and risk planning processes. Ensuring adherence to pertinent legal and regulatory standards.
3. On call services.
4. Overseeing the efficient operation of quality control systems and conducting quality assurance visits.
5. Continual evaluation and enhancement of processes to optimize service delivery. Fostering a positive organisational culture consistent with company ethos and values.
6. Working in tandem with local teams and commissioners to evolve services in accordance with community requirements.
