Position: Legal Secretary
Contract: Full Time
Salary: £24,000 - £27,000 per annum (depending on experience)
Working hours: 9.00 a.m. to 5.30 p.m. Monday to Friday (one hour lunch break)

We are seeking a legal secretary to join our Trusts and Estates Department. The role involves providing secretarial assistance to fee earners by managing administrative tasks. Legal secretarial experience is an advantage.
The role includes a wide range of tasks including:-
* preparing documents and correspondence, including post, emails and enclosures
* typing dictations, copying and filing
* opening and closing files
* handling telephone queries from clients and third parties
* taking telephone messages
* making appointments and managing diaries.
The ideal candidate will have excellent organisational skills, a good telephone manner and be a strong team player. They must have strong communication skills, both verbal and written and be able to prioritise under pressure. We are looking for a friendly, diligent individual who will ensure their work is completed to a very high standard. Teamwork skills are key as the successful candidate may be asked to cover for others when they are away and train newer members of staff.
