As a Technical Training and Development Manager - Audit, you will be a part of our ABS Training and Development team, which is responsible for playing a key role in training staff in practical ways to manage the firm's regulatory and reputational risk in an increasingly challenging environment. We're a national team of both direct staff and volunteers, proud to work closely with audit teams to provide continuous and relevant practical training. We are also a part of the Assurance Technical and Training (ATAT) and we are working closely with Learning and Development, to provide a cohesive service. As a Training and Development Manager your responsibilities will include:
* Liaising with all stakeholders, incl. Training and Development Lead, to ensure all are kept up to date with relevant training and that feedback is taken into account
* Organising, developing, reviewing and delivery of training to agreed timescales
* Prepaing proposals for developing training, attending all relevant internal meetings and training sessions and developing a network of contacts
* Managing/co-managing a limited portfolio of audit clients to maintain knowledge and experience of current practices and issues
