Salary: £32000-£45,000 basic doe We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Branch Manager to lead our thriving recruitment branch in Rochester. This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated individual who excels in leadership, business development, and operational excellence. Key Responsibilities: Team Leadership: Manage, coach, and mentor a team of 4 direct reports, ensuring they meet individual and team targets. Client Business Development: Drive client acquisition and relationship management to secure new business opportunities and grow existing accounts. Compliance and Administration: Maintain the highest standards of compliance and administrative accuracy, ensuring all processes align with industry regulations. Operational Efficiency: Oversee day-to-day branch operations, setting clear objectives and ensuring smooth delivery of recruitment services. Negotiation: Negotiate contracts and terms with clients, ensuring mutually beneficial agreements. Staff Development: Provide ongoing support and professional development opportunities for team members. Key Requirements: Proven experience in recruitment, with strong business development and client management skills. Prior experience managing or mentoring a team, with a coaching mindset. Strong compliance knowledge and administrative skills, with attention to detail. Exceptional negotiation and communication abilities. A results-driven approach and the ability to meet targets in a fast-paced environment. A valid UK driving license and willingness to travel locally as required.
