3. Assisting in the preparation of budgets and financial reports
4. Managing records and receipts
5. Processing invoices and resolving financial disputes
6. Contributing to financial audits
7. Working with the team to improve financial processes
8. Reconciling daily, monthly and yearly transactions
The Successful Applicant
A successful Finance Assistant should have:
9. Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and other financial software
10. Strong numerical and analytical skills
11. Excellent communication skills for interacting with colleagues and external partners
