* Time: Mon 05:30-14:30, Tue 05:30-14:30, Thu 15:00-24:00, Fri 15:00-24:00, Sat 15:00-24:00
Pay and Hours
Our Shift Leader rate starts from £14.28/hour, increasing to £15.41 inside M25. Additional payments may apply based on location and skills.
We offer a minimum of 16 guaranteed hours weekly, with options for fewer hours (minimum 12). We are flexible with scheduling around your availability, with 3 weeks' notice for shifts.
About the role
Customers are at the heart of everything we do. As a Shift Leader, you'll support store operations, oversee team performance, and ensure excellent customer service. Your responsibilities include:
