Sue Ross Recruitment are pleased to be working with their client based in south Sheffield who are looking for a Service Support Co-Ordinator/ Administrator to join their small but well-established team. This is a full-time, Monday to Friday role on a fixed-term contract to cover a period of maternity leave with the possibility of being extended beyond the initial 12-month period/to permanent.
The right candidate will have excellent customer service experience combined with the ability to liaise with and organise a very demanding workload. You must be able to maintain excellent customer working relationships and demonstrate confident telephone skills. You will combine this with a highly organised mindset and attention to detail.
Daily duties and responsibilities for this role include:
* Answering incoming calls
* Providing front line support to agents and customers
* Diary management and co-ordinating appointments in line with the requirements of the job
* Obtaining paperwork from 3rd parties ensuring compliance
* Keeping accurate records of information from both customers and clients
