My client, a global leader in their domain, is searching for a Service Desk, Help desk Analyst to join their team in Hatfield. As a Service Desk Analyst, you will be the first point of contact for all IT-related issues and requests, ensuring that end-users receive timely and effective support.
This is a hybrid role requiring you to be on-site 3 days a week.
Key Responsibilities:
* Provide first-line support for IT incidents and service requests.
* Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and network issues.
* Log and document incidents, requests, and resolutions in the service desk system.
* Escalate complex issues to appropriate teams when necessary.
* Assist with the setup and configuration of hardware and software.
* Maintain excellent communication with end-users and keep them informed of progress.
Skills and Experience Required:
1. Proven experience in a service desk or IT support role.
2. Strong knowledge of Windows operating systems and Microsoft Office suite.
3. Basic networking knowledge (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP).
