About You We're seeking a detail-oriented Finance Analyst who's passionate about driving financial excellence and eager to grow within our organisation. You'll be a key player in our finance function, working across various areas to support our business goals. The ideal candidate will: Be AAT qualified or have 1-2 years of industry experience with aspirations to pursue further accountancy qualifications (ACA/ACCA) Have higher education at A-Level or Degree Level, preferably in finance or business Possess advanced Excel skills and a keen eye for detail Demonstrate excellent verbal and written communication abilities Thrive in a collaborative environment while maintaining a high level of self-motivation Excel at prioritising tasks and meeting tight deadlines Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism About The Role As our Finance Analyst, you'll be at the heart of our financial operations, gradually taking on more responsibility as you grow with us. Your role will evolve from initial focus on transactional processing to broader financial management and business partnering.
