The ideal candidate will have experience in international sales, excellent negotiation skills and a background working with laboratory equipment/scientific products. Key Responsibilities Identify and develop new business opportunities in international markets. Build and maintain strong relationships with overseas clients, distributors, and partners. Develop and implement export sales strategies to achieve revenue targets. Conduct market research to identify potential customers and understand industry trends. Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms of sales with international buyers. Ensure compliance with export regulations, trade laws, and documentation requirements. Coordinate with logistics and supply chain teams to ensure timely order fulfillment. Attend international trade shows, exhibitions, and networking events. Monitor competitor activity and provide insights for business growth. Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and performance analysis. Qualifications & Skills Previous experience working in B2B sales and distribution or export sales for a scientific equipment company Proven experience in export sales, international business, or global trade. Strong understanding of international trade regulations and export documentation. Excellent communication and negotiation skills. Full UK Driving Licence Ability to travel internationally as required. Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite. Fluency in multiple languages would be beneficial
