Service Delivery Manager - Reactive

As Reactive Service Delivery Manager, you’ll be a key link between the Development team and stakeholders to ensure smooth platform support and project execution. You’ll manage feature releases, troubleshoot issues, oversee ticketing, and support internal IT. With strong project management and communication skills, plus experience in Jira and Confluence, you’ll help shape our product roadmap and maintain SLAs and KPIs.

What you’ll be doing
* Manage the relationship between key stakeholders within the business, the Development team and our development partners.
* Become main point of contact for platform support, troubleshooting and supporting on issues and logging / escalating as necessary
* Project management of feature releases and maintenance sprints
* Work with Product Development Director, Technical Director and CEO to define, implement and manage product roadmap.
* Help translate product's strategic vision into actionable items
* Ensure tasks and tickets are appropriately logged and monitored
* Work to define and measure Foresight Factory’s SLA and KPI metrics
* Ensure processes are documented
* Assist with service delivery for internal IT and support Technical Director to provide redundancy for Foresight Factory's IT estate
* Assist with Foresight Factory’s compliance ambitions within the Dev and IT estate
Requirements for the role
* Project management experience, with the ability to execute and oversee feature releases, maintenance sprints and platform support.
* Excellent time management
* Stakeholder communication and management, with the confidence to engage across technical and non-technical teams
* Jira or similar for ticket management to efficiently manager workflows
* Confluence or similar to ensure clear and structured documentation
