The company has ambitious plans, providing excellent training and progression for all team members. Role overview: This role sits within Digital and performance marketing at Natural Baby Shower. The team focuses on driving growth through digital platforms, including paid search, affiliates, and paid social. This role will be focused on paid social channels but there may be some crossover with affiliates activity. The role will focus on multiple platforms, from Meta to TikTok, and the right candidate should be socially fluent. Growth could be so many things for this role; for example, it could be customer acquisition during lead generation campaigns to drive customer loyalty through repeat purchases. We collaborate closely with our internal design team and organic social specialists to deliver innovative campaigns nationwide. As the paid social specialist, you will report to the Digital Performance & Growth Manager, whom you will work alongside to drive your channels forward. We’re looking for a commercially minded, data-driven paid media specialist. The role will be focused on our paid social growth strategy and activation. Alongside the Digital Performance & Growth Manager, you will be responsible for growing paid social media across the UK and finding smart new ways to market to our consumers. Key responsibilities: Platform Management: Managing paid social channels across Meta, TikTok, and Pinterest for Natural Baby Shower and our two sister brands – Babiators and Merino Kids Strategy Support: Deliver on our paid social strategy, optimising our key growth KPIs Reporting: Generating weekly, monthly, and quarterly performance reports to understand weekly trends and campaign successes and learnings. Internal Stakeholder Management : Working across departments to ensure all brand promotions are considered and represented in our paid social channels (e.g. purchasing teams) Commercial: Work with the Head of Marketing and Digital Performance & Growth Manager to manage campaign budgets and allocate resources effectively across platforms. Copywriting - Create engaging copy for paid social adverts that directly appeal to the audience. Experience and Skills 4 years of experience in digital and performance marketing with a strong focus on paid social, preferably in a high-growth D2C brand Expert knowledge of social media advertising platforms, particularly Meta suite, TikTok and Pinterest, with a proven track record of successfully executed campaigns In-depth analytical skills, with a strong understanding of GA4 tracking, dashboard set up and testing and experimentation Degree level education or relevant work experience Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and develop clear goals for each platform. Strong creative vision with an eye for trends and innovative social content Commercial mindset and willingness to learn and grow with an organisation.
