Work as a Customer Service Advisor for an award-winning insurance company in Preston Brook. Your role will be to take inbound calls from customers looking to join or cancel their policy. You will receive a basic salary of £18,000, working Monday – Friday between the business hours of 08:45 am to 17:30, plus one in every four consecutive Saturdays from 08:50 to 14:00.

Duties for the Customer Service Advisor:
* Handling customer inbound enquiries for insurance quotations
* Sending online enquiries to clients who have had a policy or quotation previously
* Producing sales quotations
* Bringing in new business and renewing existing clients’ policies
Skills required for the Customer Service Advisor:
* Experience working in a target-driven telephone-based sales or retention role
* A courteous and helpful manner to ensure all information required by the clients or underwriters is obtained and communicated effectively
* Adept at asking “fact-finding” questions to help prospects and customers make the right decisions
