Architectural Technician
Location: Kent (with flexible working options)
Salary: £30,000 - £40,000 per annum

Role Overview:
As an Architectural Technician/Technologist, you will be integral to the design and execution of innovative, sustainable construction projects. Working across all RIBA stages, you will collaborate with the in-house team and external partners to deliver projects that meet the highest standards of quality and efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
* Develop detailed architectural designs using AutoCAD; proficiency in Revit or ArchiCAD is advantageous.
* Manage projects from initial concept through to completion, ensuring adherence to timelines and budgets.
* Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams, including consultants and contractors, to integrate various aspects of design and construction.
* Apply knowledge of sustainable building practices and MMC to enhance project outcomes.
* Ensure all designs comply with relevant regulations and quality standards.
Qualifications and Experience:
* Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Architectural Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
* Proven experience in architectural design and project management within the construction industry.
* Proficiency in AutoCAD; experience with Revit or ArchiCAD is preferred.
* Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
* Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
* Familiarity with sustainable building methods and MMC is a plus.
