About this job…
You will deliver the goods by:
* Providing high quality inwards/outwards goods management
* Taking ownership of inventory management, distribution and contractor management
* Managing the SI Logistics resources, including all capex investment
* Championing continuous improvement in the team – at DB, we use TPM
* Leading the DB Draught team to maintain a world class health and safety culture. Safety is a top priority at DB Breweries
* Building a high performing culture at DB Draught – being an experienced people leader in the logistics space will be crucial for your success
* Communicating effectively with a range of different external and internal stakeholders.
* Experience using Warehouse Management Systems to run the facilities and operations at DB Draught.
About you…
* Bachelor’s in Business or Supply Chain Management preferred but not essential.
* 5 years in business, preferably logistics.
* Experience leading a team in the logistics field.
* Knowledge of WMS systems – at DB, we use SAP
* In depth understanding of Supply Chain operations, including order management and transportation
