We are currently recruiting for a personable and motivated HR Administrator (called internally People Administrator) to join our friendly and hardworking People and Talent HR Team. In this role you will report directly to the People Administration Manager to provide a timely and effective administration service to DPD. You will work with a number of areas of the business and also be dealing with both internal and external stakeholders on a daily basis. You will also be responsible for: ● Support the raising of contracts of employment for external and internal employees ● Raising maternity and paternity letters, and SMP Entitlement ● Actioning any contractual changes and issuing letters, such as leavers, promotions, change in employment details, etc ● Ensuring compliance with GDPR ● Raising announcements to the business to communicate changes in your business area’s ● Managing HR & Payroll system, ensuring quality, accuracy and timeliness in the process ● Liaising with internal departments and raising memo’s for additional IT equipmentbenefits associated to the different levels of roles i.e. Mobile phones, Car, Laptop, etc. ● Ensuring accurate information regarding cost centres, and org unit changes are obtained. ● Processing reference requests ● Updating and maintaining HR databases and intranet ● Check and update New Starter probationary log and send out relevant paperwork ● Produce reports on a daily, weekly and monthly basis.
