What You’ll Do:
* Coordinate work schedules and manage customer appointments
* Handle incoming calls and emails, ensuring prompt and accurate responses
* Order parts and supplies as requested by the engineering teams
* Support the wider team with general administrative tasks
What We’re Looking For:
* Previous experience in an office-based administrative role
* Strong organisational skills with the ability to multitask
* Excellent communication skills and a customer-focused approach
* Previous experience in scheduling would be beneficial
