HR & OD Officer
Location: Lagan Valley Island
Job Type: Full time, 37 hours per week - Permanent
Salary: Scale PO2, NJC Spinal Column Points 31-34 £40,476 - £43,693 (plus 19% employer pension contribution)

Working closely with the HR & OD Manager, you will be required to provide a high quality HR & OD service to the Council in support of the corporate plan & strategic workforce plan. You will play a full role across all areas of the HR & OD function, inputting creative solutions to HR & OD issues and challenges and providing professional advice on HR & OD practice.
