The Role:
* Develop a thorough understanding of all food products offered within the hotel
* Manage the bar station, maintaining exceptional standards of service and presentation
* Perform opening mise-en-place duties, including collecting ice, setting up the bar, and restocking shelves
* Ensure the bar area and equipment are cleaned and maintained daily
* Prepare and serve beverages to the highest quality standards, ensuring consistency and excellence
* Maintain accurate records in the spillage book
* Demonstrate a professional and courteous demeanor
Skills:
* Previous experience working within a similar environment
* Passion for cocktails
* Willingness to learn new skills
* Time management
* Knowledge of mixology and beverage trends
* Exceptional customer service and communication skills
* Ability to work in a team and adapt to a dynamic work environment
* Must have own transport
