As a Sales Advisor based in Dundee, you’ll be responsible for:
1. Serving customers on the trade counter, understanding their needs and offering product recommendations.
2. Proactively seeking opportunities to grow sales within the branch, working with both existing and new customers.
3. General warehouse duties, including picking and packing orders, putting away deliveries, and merchandising displays to a high standard, which at times could involve manual handling.
This is a full-time, permanent role working 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday from 8 am - 5 pm, along with occasional Saturday mornings from 8 am - 12 pm paid overtime.
And here’s what we’d like you to have:
1. Excellent communication skills and confidence in speaking with customers.
2. Sales or customer service experience is beneficial.
3. Good time management and the ability to prioritise tasks.
4. A hands-on approach, using initiative when needed to work as part of a team and support in other areas of the branch.
